1 Week Detox Diet Plan

A 1 week detox diet plan will not only leave you feeling cleansed but also help you lose a few pounds. This 1 week detox diet plan is for those who perhaps have never tried any form of detox diet plan before. This plan should not leave you hungry, and as you can eat fish and potatoes you should not feel sapped of energy whilst detoxifying. Before though attempting this detox plan or any diet plan it is always a good idea to visit your doctor. So what can you eat and drink on the 1 week detox diet plan? Well as I have already stated this is not an ultra strict fruit only detox diet plan. You can though only drink water, pure fruit juice and juices make from combinations of fruits so a decent juicer would be a good investment. You must not drink any tea, coffee, alcohol or any soda drinks such as cola etc whilst on the 1 week detox diet plan. You can eat potatoes, fresh fish, vegetable and cereals so with a little imagination you can have many decent meals throughout the week. To give you a better understanding of your meals for the week let me help you by giving you your meal plan for day 1. Breakfast - Muesli must not contain any added sugar. Lunch - Grilled Fresh Fish - Any fresh fish grilled. Serve with Jacket Potato or salad Dinner - Sweet and Sour Stir Fry with chopped vegetables such as onions, peppers, sweet corn and mushrooms. Add canned pineapple, canned tomatoes, tomato purée, white wine vinegar and honey. Bring to the boil and simmer until the sauce has thickened. Serve with brown rice. Drinks â€" Any pure fruit juice or water. Snacks - Fresh fruit, salad, natural yoghurt, and plain popcorn unsalted nuts and seeds As you can even eat snacks you will find the 1 week detox diet plan easy to complete and you should feel energised when you have completed the detox.
